Metta-Retreat September 12-21, 2025 with Delson Armstrong and Venerable Obhasa in Austria

St. Georgen Abbey on Lake Längsee is our preferred retreat location in Austria. The former monastery provides us with the perfect setting for a pleasant and intensive retreat. the abbey is idyllically situated in a picturesque landscape and is easy to reach.

We are delighted that Delson Armstrong will be visiting us again in Austria in 2025. Delson is an internationally sought-after and renowned teacher of Metta retreats.

Ven. Obhasa will be accompanying us on this retreat. Ven. Obhasa is a Buddhist nun who teaches the Dhamma in England and internationally.
